i dont have the flow charts but my neighbor went from refurbished gt40's on his 302 and dynoed at ~290ish wrhp 8.5:1 compression, when he flipped over to the 289 heads(ported, bigger valves) 10:1 compression he dynoed at ~320hp changing nothing else but the heads themselves. these are all without nitrous
i dont know off the top of my head what his nitrous dynos were but with the same size shot i know he got more power out of the 289 heads as well. i've been told once by someone that high compression+nitrous = big numbers!

DO NOT BUY THOSE HEADERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you will be in such a world of agony trying to install those ******! The gaskets blow out, literally, once a week. the primary tubes arent even CLOSE to matching your exhaust ports, they leak from the slip joints in the tubes...
seriously, spend the money and get a nice set of headers
