Every time i start my car up, it wants to idle up and down, what could this be

 

alot of things, dirty or mailfunctioning IAC valve, vaccum leaks, dirty mass air meter, faulty /dirty connections in the salt and pepper connectors..ect.ect.....run a koer test first and see if any codes exist and if so are the related to IAC motor
