oh ok, i see what you were doin with the info. i got this sweet book on heads free from my neighbor. it gives all specs to all mustang heads from 64 1/2 up to 1998. and all specs on transmissions for the same years. dont know where he got it from but its a ford book.
yea ported will be done for me for free(i laid some flooring for a friend for free so he's gonna hit me back for free head porting. i have the heads machined and assembled. total cost on that is 200(includes bead blasting and magnafluxed), i get all the head stuff for 220 iirc and i paid 75 for the heads.
the only extra cost im incuring is the cam, springs and RR's which i'd have to buy anyways no matter what heads i went with. i dont have to get a new cam, i just want a little more umph
now if the heads would have been 200 bucks or whatever they are going for on ebay i would have walked away from it. GT40's would have been more cost effective. but i got em cheap and they'll still be worth money later when im done with them.
