5.0 floods and stalls, won't start till it dries up
hey new to the site, my mustang gt is flooding out when idling sometimes and usually when I drive anywhere it floods itself and won't start back up. For instance if I go to the gas station, and I shut it off to pump gas, it won't fire back up for about 30 minutes till the plug dries, or I can pull the plugs and dry them off.
I have tried nearly everything I can think of so far to resolve this issue. Starting with fuel pressure, set at 39psi. I tried resetting the IAC/TPS, the tps was reading no signal on the green wire when I grounded it to the black wire with an analog meter. With a digital meter the reading wouldnt stay steady. Finally it decided to steady with a Digital Volt Meter with a diff computer and injector harness, so I could set it .6/.7. I'm running 24lbs injectors and a a9l computer at the moment, its a 5spd car, I was running an A9P which I thought could possibly be causing it to run rich due to the automatic fuel curve, but that clearly wasn't the issue as I've tried 2 A9L's and my A9P. The next thing was I found some fishy butt connectors in the injector harness, so I replaced the harness, still no luck. Today I replaced the fuel injectors kinda hoping that was the answer and just something I overlooked after asking a buddy and it was the first thing he thought of. Still no luck. I am open to any suggestions from any of you guys, in closing I'll leave you with some info on the car. 88 GT 302 with gt40heads, F cam, cobra intake 70mm tb, fenderwell cold air kit, new ECT sensors(also not causing the rich condition)MAF and IAC are new/clean/off running cars. No recent mods to my car have been done, all of this is old. This all started happening after I had to remove a faulty alarm system and replace some burnt out fuselinks along with a bad EEC relay. The car has an 88 harness with the mass air conversion. No problems until the wiring dilemna, the car was running smooth and had no rich condition. I hope that someone can make sense of this, thanks guys

yep 67, 65, 51, 22, 53, 54, 35. Appears to be all my sensors in the engine harness. I haven't reset the CEL since I replaced the injector harness/injectors. I reset it after the computer swap and it came back on after about 10 minutes of highway driving. Haven't run the koeo test since.

now I have tried every possible way I could find to connect the jumper/sigrtn and grounding the jumper alone and using an analog vm. I can't seem to get the KOER test to work. If anyone has any ideas im desperate...I tried jumping the act/ect since my codes were thrown for those, and its not throwing code 64 for the act being grounded so im assuming theres a short in the wiring somewhere..any other ideas
