While working on my car trying to get it ready for the summer, the button that gets hit when you shut the door got broken off. I tried gluing it back on and disconnected the battery so that the dome light didn't kill the battery. Does anyone know of a place that I could get a new one? I am not sure gluing it is a good option in case it falls off again.

 

you can just get one from the junkyard or 50resto.com places like that. They arent too expensive. For now you can take the old one out and just cap the wires so you dont have to disconnect the battery.

Yeah I found one. I probably should have checked a little harder before I posted. I just wasn't sure what its called. How hard are they to switch? I haven't had a chance to really look at it. From the picture of the new one it looks like it just screws out.
