Good point ^^^....need a to set the back lash & get the pinion depth correct....I would read up on this if attempting yourself...or that the rear housing to a shop!
yep you can do it at home but if it's on jack stands you might want it high as you can for when it comes time to crush the crush sleeve for the pinion. gonna need leverage...i almost wasnt able to on mine.

The gears came out of my brother-in-laws car. He changed his to 3:55's because he drives the interstate to work everyday. I'll let you guys know how it tirns out. Thanks for all the help!! Both of my motor mounts are broke so the front end will be up in the air once I finish the back. After I install the motor mounts I'm thinking about installing a tourqe limiter bar since it's about the same price as the motor mounts. What do you think??
