Default '93 Cobra rear end swap

I may be picking up a '93 Cobra rear end with disk brakes to put in my '93 Coupe. What (if anything) do I need to change with the master cylinder/ brake lines.

Yes, they are 4 lug ponies. I remember years ago I did a SSBC disk brake conversion on my old '92 GT and the lit came with a new master cylinder and block. Don't know if it is needed for this swap though.
