tailpipes look dull and ugly...

I have this wierd yellow film thats really hardened on to my left tail pipe, Heres a pick to show you its kinda hard to see in the pic though. Any ideas on how to get it off? Also how are sos pads ive been using those to clean mine is that ok?

I cleaned em with some metal polish before FFF, but theyre dirty again, some run of the mill polish and Steel Wool should do you fine...

+1 for eagle one never dull... Works well on corrosion on wheels too....
