going to carb on my 86. which distributor?

I am removing the fuel injection on my fox. can I use the stock distributor or will I have to get a differant one. Thanks (GO PIKES PEAK INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY)

you need a distrubutor from a 85 carbed car, can be purchase at your local parts store reman

for around a 100 beans the whole set up box/dizzy/coil can be had

I got a reman duraspark dizzy for a 85 stang for 50 bucks from advance auto. Make sure your getting a steel gear tho.... and I guy at work happened to have a duraspark ignition module in his toolbox that had been had for 20 bucks.....

Here, save yourself the pain of rebuilt very limited and not very adjustable crap. Add a coil and be done with it.
