Default ordering new valves for my gt40p heads, will these work?

well im going to order some fresh brand new valves for my gt40p heads. my questions are,

the gt40p heads stock have 1.84 intake valves, but manley only has 1.85 valves will they work fine? im not sure if .01 is enough of a difference to make them not seat right, but looking for some clarification on that.

also the exhaust valves on the gt40p heads are 1.46 but manley only has 1.465, so im not sure if theres even a real difference there.

Not worth it.. save the money you would've spent, sell the heads and buy something a decent set.

ugha, i really didnt want to have to get a machine shop involved on this one. its darn near impossible to find a set of gt40p heads that dont need work done to them, which is why i figured id rebuild a set. i can get a used set of trickflow twisted wedge heads for 800 bucks. anyone know offhand if they have any ptv clearance problems with stock pistons?

ptv will be determined by the cam timing events but to answer your question the TW'S were designedto work with stock pistons but that 'll all depend on cam used

Now you're talking.. keep track on ebay, on the forums and locally and I assure you'll find a good set of heads.

ok, thanks! ill have to read some more about them before i drop that much cash on a set. i just remember hearing somewhere you had to have some special kind of pistons for those heads, but must have been incorrect info. i would imagine those heads would work good with the tfs stage one or stage 2 cam i was going to use anyhow
