Default Cold Start Problems

My fox has a real problem starting after sitting over night, it will start, but it almost acts like a carburetor car with no choke, i have to hold the gas in and keep it at about 1500 to 2000 rpms to keep it running and hold it that way till it will finally hold its idle, but once it does it idles fine (about 700 to 900 rpms) what is the cause of this? And also the car does not seem like it has the power it should, the timing is set right, new plugs, wires, maf, fuel filter, egr, iac, tps, im lost, the car doesnt even have 50000 miles on it. I did notice that there is a slight drip coming from the fuel return line when the car is idling could this be the cause of all my problems?

ive run the codes and it comes back 11 no cel on and its leaking out of the rubber hose that wraps around the plastic line going back into the tank, so i think the plastic hose is cracked, its probably dry and brittle, the car sat in a garage for 10 years, im just wondering if the return line leaking could be the cause of the problem maybe air getting into the fuel lines?

I wouldn't think so since it is after the regulator.

It wouldn't hurt to get it fixed.

Try the wiggle test and see if maybe a sensor like the ect has a weak connection at times.

You need to def fix the leak but also check the fuel pressure. It could be leaking down overnight. Easy check, cycle the key 2 or 3 times before actually starting, if the pressure is leaking down this will bump it up and the engine should start normal.

Also check to see that your t/b and IAC are clean
