Well I think I might've found the solution, http://www.eautoworks.com/search-ALL/mk9-md73-bu17.htm. They got pricey stuff on top, but if you scroll down they get cheaper. The number is 3156 I believe, I never even looked at my bulbs to see what they look like before....

 

take the lenses off and chrome the inside of the buckets

Nope mine aren't yet. I'm not sure about gregamuffin's though. I might tint them next year.

 

ill honestly admit i never thought reverse lights were there so *I* could see. I always thought it was so other people knew i was in reverse.

Lol me too! Although sometimes I did try using them as such.....brake lights worked better lol
