Now I'm going to ask - is it worth the money.. NOT is it worth it to me, or any of that crap. I am impartial, and I wanted to put my 351 into it so it isn't such a dog... but is something like this worth 3G's? Or should I just be patient and look for another one?

I can't seem to find one around here that isn't some outrageous price for $4,500 on a stocker with high miles. The carb and T-tops appeal to me, but somehow I'm thinking that I might be better off just finding a good body and using the cash to put towards building the 351 instead.

Thoughts? I'm in no hurry. Just seeing what you guys would do if you were in my spot. I've got 3K to work with, and I didn't intend to give him all of it because I personally don't think that car is worth 3K.

 

It says best offer. Offer him what you think its worth. Just make sure it isnt rotted. And when you find crap wrong with it tell him and then after say you will offer this due to the fact you got to fix all the other crap.
