the ppl were crazy, the ttop is mine and the 4cyl car is my friends and all the shop said they were going to do is the engine swap and the obvious ignition parts and so on to make it run and one day we went in and there was the 4cyl car in the air on the lift with the motor kmember suspension rear ect... from the ttop under it. and next to the lift was the ttop with everything to make it a roller from the 4cyl so i could "push it around". friend doesnt know much about cars it was his first car and im really into mustangs so he thought he would upgrade to "keep up". i asked them why they took out the rear end and the dash and the guy shrugged and said cause the ttop had AC. and before the project my friend told me he would like to have AC and i was like well heck i dont need it and so i said sure i didnt want the AC but instead of just taking what they needed they took the dash, speedo that was a 140mph installed by previous owner, steering wheel and basically everything the dash touched. the rear end from the 4cyl, correct me if im wrong but it can work with a non to slightly modded 302 so i asked him if the ttop had the 7.5 rear or the 8.8 and then asked the same about the 4cyl car and i got the same reply a shrug and an idk.... so i was like wow this is great....

WTF i would be so pissed off at that shop! they didnt do what you told them to do. and took matters into their own hands instead of calling you and asking first.. i would make them swap everything back. either that or tell your friend he is buyin you an 8.8 rear end and v8 k-member as well as all the other crap they took from your car and put onto his.

idk how you can deal with a shop doing that....
