Default How reliable?

I'm currently looking for a fox body mustang, a 88-93. How reliable are they? do they break down alot? im mainly looking for a supercharged one. are the superchargers reliable? also whats a good price to pay for once in good shape? and how much horsepower do they put out? they seem like a nice fast fun car.

if well maintained, they are very reliable......but thats true for any car. i would look for one thats not supercharged and then add the sc on your own. you might get lucky but you never know what your getting when you buy some one elses race car. just my opinion. welcome to the forum

also be prepared to do some dirty work, these cars are almost a quarter of a century old, expect to replace alot of things just to bring it back to factory condition
