I have a 86 V6 mustang i purchased. I just bought a 5.0 motor for it. in the process of taking it apart. I was wondering and needing help on what mods,performance parts ETC. i should get now seeing as the motors is OUT of the car. I did this with my 86 4 banger it cost me about $2500 to do everything right. That was back in 2003 so it might cost a little more now.

 

Im not wanting to spend TOO much money. Im already Re-painting it (doing myself) i got heads, intake and know a person who can port. Just wondering what INTERNAL mods i should do NOW while the motor is out, or certain things i can do to move this along a lil easier.. your gonna have to swap k members, wiring it will be an issue, and hell you may not even be able to register it, some states have issues with putting older motors in newer cars.... your gonna be putting some money into this thing
