Default Another MAF ?????

I'm sorry I have been readying alot of stuff on mafs and Im getting confused..... My car has a 55mm stock... And I was readying on sn95 mafs are 70mm... The confusion is are they a direct replacement part... I'm seeing people sell adapters... And the confusion people are showing pics of oval and rectangle maf... I guess that's why they sell an adapter... But then people say it is a direct replacement... Please help with my stupidness

sn95 mafs are NOT 70mm

gt40 cars have 70mm mafs but have a vane down the middle so if you checked the actual area... it's probably close. my guess is 60mm, maybe 65mm

untul you have heads, the ability to move more air means absolutely nothing to you

do heads and then you will be concerned with the restrictions b4 them

fuel, and air delivery on your car when it was delivered from the factory will support 300 rwhp
