well you want a short and sweet answer??? the freakin 24`s are too damn small!

there good for about 400 crank pwr, thats prolly what you have now! you are probably 370-380 at the crank now! if you are making 303rwhp!

that simple enough?

try reading my post again and this time comprehend it.................I'm right around if not a little over 300 rwhp with an h/c/i with 24's and duty cycle was acceptable but I don't have tons of room to play with...as you too found out with the 19's, can you run 24's with 8-10 psi?? sure however where will the duty cycle be??? most likely at the edge and what happens when the DA (density altitude) outside changes?? if the car was tuned in the summer on a humid day, what happens when it gets cold out and DA once again changes and the ecm can no longer compensate by lengthening inj pulse cause it was at it's limit??? boom!!! anyway if you wish to run 24's and 8-10 psi, no one and I mean no one on here can tell you you'll be fine, you're tuner is the only one who can see where you'll be at when he sees the a/f on a full pull and retarding timing won't correct a lean prob if the inj's are at fault, all timing retard will do is reduce detonation from occuring.....sorry we don't affirm what you want to hear but a tuner is the only one who can tell you for sure, and if you don't have a tuner, better start conservative on the timing, have adequate FP....and use a wideband to monitor a/f on a full pull from a dead stop, I'd feel safe with 30's, had a friend with a stock motor with just an f-cam and 8-10 psi with an fmu and he ran 30's and was in the safe zone. anyway, just a thought. good luck
