Puting some autometer guages in. was woundering were you guys tie into for power so when you turn on the headlights yor aftermarket gauges lighs work...
I undersand you prob want to tie in to the head light switch but didn't know were would it be easiest

i tied into the back of the head light switch, cant remember which wire it was but a multimeter will make figuring it out easy

Do I have to run it to the switch on the cluster or is there a wire down low by the end of the steering colume

GOOD NEWS the way i wired it was to the dimmer wire for the factory radio.... works great and dimes!!! pretty cool... it was a orange wire that off course wasnt being used. i have a after market cd player so it was just caped off
