Default LX ground clearance

Hey could someone with a front LX bumper measure the ground clearance at the bottom of the bumper and the black plastic piece (think it diverts air)? Thanks.

My completely stock LX with 225/50/R16 tires on ponies is 8.5 inches off the ground at the front bumper. I am not sure about which black plastic piece you are referring to.

Thanks. Heres a pic of what I was talking about, I think it's supposed to force air up towards the radiator.
