oxygen sensor

how do you order exhaust that include the little hole that the oxygen sensor goes in.Secondly, what does 49 state legal mean? i am trying to order exhaust pieces from the shorty header flange back to rear.

Check to see if its says they're welded into the pipe. Summit's site will usually tell you if they are.

Usually the 49 state legal means every state but CA due to their emissions and CARB crap.
