Default A9P fuel pump driver....

I have recently been looking for a ECU to go with my EFI swap. I have a guy on a local forum who has a A9P but he says it has a bad fuel pump driver. Anyone ever seen this issue or know how to correct it without by passing it?

The fuel pump driver is one of the power transistors in one of the two side aluminum heat-sink bars you see near the back of the 60-pin connector below.... or one of the power transistors in the center of the module.

you can send the ecu out for repair...lots of online repair places, but more often than not, it's cheaper to find one on ebay used...I got an a9l on craigs list a while back for 75 bucks, worked great

I have this guy who will ship it for $40 then I have another who is a pain to get ahold of with another a9p for $40. The 2nd guy told me $50 for that and the harness last time I talked also but I don't need the harness. Then I would have to drive to the 2nd guy also. Obviously the cheaper the better for my reasons but I don't want something that is broke either.
