Motor/tranny mounts

Motor/tranny mounts
I am going to be swapping my engine and tranny mounts since the ones I got appear to be cracking. I am wondering which mounts to get: rubber, urethane, and solid.
From what I've heard the stiffer the mount, either solids or urethanes, the more power that reaches the ground.
Are the urethane or solid mounts really enough benefit to justify the vibration? Is there really that much of a power loss to the tires by using OEM rubber mounts?
I've been looking at the urethane bushings simply because I hear they last longer and engine mounts aren't exactly something I want to replace very often.
The solid mounts I'm afraid would be too much vibration. I don't want my mirrors shaking. My engine already has a cammed feel to it which I like but it doesn't really cause my mirrors to vibrate.
I've never used urethane or solid.
Opinions?

I got prothane mounts on my motor and a rubber mount on the tranny. The car has a b-cam in it and it does shake a little bit but not much. Mainly just enough to tell the car is cammed. Doesnt have a harsh feel to it either.

Why do you say SN95 mounts? How are they better compared to the stock mounts? Just curious how their different since both cars used the same engine.
