Since I'm gonna be restoring my 88 I'm gonna pull the gt40p engine I got and put it in my 94. The cam I'm going with is the steeda 19. What roller rockers should I go with? Any opinions on the summit brand rockers? And what springs should I go with? Thanks in advance.

I would just stick with the 1.6 ratio rockers. Trickflow makes a nice set, they run about $300 or so from Summit. You will need springs to match the cam. I would talk to the tech from Summit, they're pretty good at matching parts up.

The proform rockers are the best for the money! People say they are junk but i have used about 8 different sets on engines and have had 0 problems.. 169.95 or so from summit.

Just stay away from any cheap components that are Made in China! You have to ask before you make the investment. There are companies who are re-branding real cheap products and grossly mark up prices. So a high price does not in itself guarantee USA made products.

I was originally thinking of lunatic but a buddy of mine just had one fail on him after only a few months and they aren't gonna make it right so nix that idea. What ratio are the on stock gt40p's? The summit brand are stamped and they say oem cam only so I dont think those will work right? Never understood why all the components you never see are the best looking. Lol. So basically make sure to ask where they are made right.
