Default 88 S.D. to MAF computer

Is there a way to hook up a MAF cpu and find out if it is functional without going through the work of re-wiring the harness? I bought my GT and it came with MAF sensor and computer and it is time to convert. I already have the harness but do not know if the computer is still functional. I live in central Minnesota, so if any of you know of a place around here that can perform a test on the cpu that would be great. Thanks.

I don't know of any, but if you know someone with another fox, you could just swap computers to check. They rarely go bad.

I had a 93 cobra ecm laying in the garage in a box for 10 years and sold it to a buddy and it worked perfect , so I would say as long as it has never been shorted out or full of water it will be fine. They don't really wear out.
