I've heard about some kind of throttle body mod for a 5.0 and I grew up around Chevy vehicles so I have no idea what it could be other than a throttle body spacer unless there is really is a throttle body kit I'm lost

 

You can bolt on a larger after market throttle body for added performance. Or maybe port the stocker. ( I wouldn't) but there is no secret mod for the throttle body.
