SWAP Engines from a 91 5.0 to a 86 mustang GT
I am thinking to swapping my 91 5.0 engine in a 86 Mustang GT automatic I know the 86 Mustang was the first year the EFI engines can out but I am not sure if my 91 engine and the computer will fit in the 86 Mustang?

This Forum is for the 2011 5.0L modular motor. Your 91 engine will bolt right into your 86, but why? Is your 86 engine worn out? The computer wont work from your 91 unless you convert the 86 to mass air. You can swap the engine over without computers.
