I'm very excited as I bought some Hypercoated 18" FR500's with DD rears on March 18th. At that time, the site said the rears were out of stock. That is still the status now. How long will it be till these items are in? Are the time frames the supplier quotes generally pretty reliable? I'm just hoping it won't be the end of summer before I get them on the car! Please let me know! Thanks for your time!

Also....Looks like my credit card has been charged. Will you just refund the price if they don't come in? I just didn't think I would be charged till the rims were in. Thanks!

When you place an order on the website, the storedoes charge your credit card, whether it is listed in stock or not. We will absolutely cancel the order andrefund the total cost if you do not want to wait for them to come in, or need the money back on your card in the meantime.

The 18x10 DD Hypercoated FR500 are currently on backorder with the manufacturerwith an ETA of 6-8 weeks. Unfortunately the spring is the worst time for manufacturer backorders because its the beginning or race and car show season.

Since you work with the manufacturer all the time on your wheels, I was wondering about the timeframe on the arrival. I'm just wondering if I should really plan for several months of waiting rather than 4-6 weeks. You know how tough it is when you are waiting for something Appreciate your help on here! Thanks! BTW...customer service on the phone has been great from you guys.

Until we get an actually ship date from the manufacturer, I really do not have anymore information than an educated guess of 6-8 weeks. This is a popular wheel so we are really pushing them to get these shipped out to us. When they release a ship dateto us, it is usually about 4 weeks until we get them.

Nick...do you usually get updates on shipments/arrival dates at certain times? Just don't want to be asking you after a week if you only get updates every two weeks, etc. Thanks again for all of the help!

I usually get ETA status updates fairly often, at least once a week. The ETA for those wheels has not changed though. For items that are that far off, it is best to wait at least two weeks before asking for an update. The closer it gets to the ETA, the more detailed information I will have on the ETA. Unfortunately an item listed as 6-8 weeks off though is about as vague as it gets.
