Does anyone know how deep the subwoofer compartment is on the front door of the 05 Mustang with a shaker 500 system??? I think I can fit an 8 in there, but I don't know how deep it is... I am guessing about 3.5 inches..... THanks for the help

 

You only have about 3.5 inches of depth. You also have to be carfeful of the width of the basket of the woofer. There is not much clearence on the sides either. I had a set of 3/4 inch MDF spacer rings made in order to mount Kicker 8" CVRs
