which ohm wiring?
whats the differences when wiring the speaker? i have dual voice coil 4 ohm x 4 ohm alpine 12 sub. On the wiring instructions for one amp and one speaker it shows 2 different ways to wire 2 ohm and 8 ohm. whats best and whats the difference?
you have 4, 4 ohm dual voice coil speakers?
The advantage of a DVC speaker is that you can wire it in a couple different ways to get the impedence(ohms) that you desire to get the max pwr out of yer amp. How you wire them will depend on what amp you have. Some amps are made to get max power at 2 ohms, some amps cannot handle 2 ohms and will blow/burn up.

if your amp is 2 ohm stable wire it like this: connect both (+) VC's and both (-) VC's to each other, now run the (+) lead from the amp to the (+) terminal of one coil and the (-) to the other coil
