They are not so good, you get what you pay for.

 

alpine type rs are a good sub,but they don't get that low, rockford not like the early 90s rockford jl good but expensive. power base as good as any jl sub and priced right! got 2 es power base 12" in my fox with a 1100 watt memphis belle on them and they only handle 450 rms!so they say. the amp is wired in mono they get alot more than 450.my buddy owns a shop.i talked 2 the pb rep ,he told me that if i blew 1 of his subs he would send me tha mack daddys 2 replace them

 

Get yourself 1 _NICE_ SQ/SPL sub, something thats good at doing both, like a IDmax... i wish i still had mine.
