once i pull out the old head unit (not a mach system) hwat exactly do i have to do to install the new headunit i have the wire harness and install kit.

also, how do you install a sub and amp i just go one

you will need to wire your decks hrns up to the one you bought by using a good conector(crimp or solder, no twist nuts or tape). kit should have mounting instructions in it.
