Need help with sub/amp setup

I tried messing with the controls on the amp and it had no noticeable effect in the sound. Its at a constant low low volume all the time still and changing the volume and bass amount on the HU have no effect. Im starting to think its a HU issue.

Yea, you could have a dead low level output on the hu, but I would still think that the volume **** would have an effect.

Fikse FM5's fronts are 17x9 and the backs are 17x10.5

if you want see if it the hu or amp. feed in a different input to the amp(anything that has rca outs)

try a different source,preferably wired into the same rca's. You can use an mps player and some headphone to rca cables to put a differenct source on it.

If you connect a diskman or mp3 player, make sure the volume is all the way down when you turn it on. I have seen some fried low level inputs from an error in that regard.

Do your fronts rub? I just put some on this weekend and noticed they are up front.......
