S197 amp install

Where is the best place to connect the amp turnon wire to a stock basic HU?
Is there a write up on S197s, I could not find one.

I would like to know this also. I have the shaker 500 and want to add an amp and sub for now, and maybe later upgrade to a double din radio with nav.
