is there a company that makes guage pods that will go in place of the stock cd player? maybe w/ 3 guages?

 

Took me a second but I know I remember seeing them somewhere. Once I have a use for that many guages you bet im getting one! Hope this is what you were looking for.

Yeah, the only thing is the mounting can get a little tricky, thats why I always considered buying one of these. One less thing thats "rigged" on your car, the better you know. But if you feel confident in making one, by all means, save the money!

 

I would get a small piece of abs and a whole saw myself. To mount it there you can modify a universal din pocket and glue it ot the pocket and it will snap in and out like it belonged there. I did something similar for a digital EQ display in my buddies 95 gt.
