yes I know he said MDF, but what is MDF?? Does it stand for something? Is it specifically for projects like these? where can I find some?

Medium-Density Fiberboard

It's basically a bunch of sawdust fused together, so some people say it's wood, when its not.
Used for alot of things, the car customizing industry is where it's extremly common though.
Any hardware store, home depot, lowes, you name it if they have a decent selection of wood, MDF is probably there.
