I have 2 JL 12W6V2's but i had the back seat took out and made a custom box, and amp rack to put there and covered it in black vinyl, i use to have 3 12's in my trunk though. It really wasn't that hard to fit.

CUSTOM!. The guy that installed mine had 2 12' boxes for sale and they wouldnt fit, but when I took out the spare tire then it fit. I bought the 2 boxes which is better because you get better sound and they fit just right. The only thing is that I have to roll the carpet through the back seat and take the spare tire/ jack out to take the subs out. The goodside to it is that it would be a pain in the A** for someone to steal my stereo. Just a word of advice, usually when shops tell you this kind of stuff they are sayin it cuz they want you to buy something from them because they dont have what your looking for.

You really dont have to spend extra $$ on a custom box. For my 2 12" subs I just went and bought a normal Q-Logic box for 2 12's and it fit. You DONT have to spend extra money on a special box.

One was a box for 2 12inch pyles I had in my old car, they other was a 12 inch single. They are both SQAURE boxes...The turnk opening on the 05 is damn small but the trunk is pretty big inside. I want a JL 12W7 so its going to have to be pretty big.
