question about the mach 460 system

Default question about the mach 460 system

ok i have a 1995 mustang gt convertible i want to switch the factory radio to an aftermarket cd player probably a kenwood i was told i would have to replace all my speakers because i would not be able to use the amps that is on the mach 460 system is this true or is there something i can do

I've got a 2000 GT convertible and I use the mach 460 amps with my Pioneer head unit.

I had to use the Metra 70-5510 wiring harness.

I don't know about the '95 stang though.
