Default drivers side kick panel

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2395420/10

I had to move the hood pull that was actuallu much easier then I thought it would be....... I started with the stock panel and built onto it so it snaps into place just like the original panel did(its under there). The glass is dryin on the passnger side right now. I would be happy to share the build pics if people want but my cardomain page is getting a little long to manage now with the build pics being in there so I might start to remove them and post them as requested.

Covering it may take a try or two as it will be a pain to make it look good with the grill....

I got the passenger side done to about the same point as the drivers side, new pics are up. I had an hour long car ride to and from a dr's appt yetserday to try them out. I discovered that my size 12 foot will not fit between the panel and the clutch anymore, even with sandals on. I am glad I discovered this with out them being finished and with out any equipment mounted into them as I nearly tried to put my foot through it. It will take some time to learn a new habit of sliding my foot under it but it should be worth it for the sound. I hope the 3 ways up front with the woofer in the door enclosure will help to pull some bass to the front of the car. I am still not really happy with thesound of the box to be honest but I am sure that it will change when the new amps are put in. The rms power they will have is 4X what they have now and with the new speakers up front it should totally change the soundstage, hopefully for the better.

looks good, but the whole haveing to slide under it... that scares me. your cruising chilling listening to some tunes, when a kid jums out infront of you chasing a ball... you go to cluth and brake, and end up pushing woofer and brake, loose control and nail said kid....

Im sure you got it under control though...

they do look damn good though.

I am not sure how not getting on the clutch would lead to anything more then the engine dying but it could happen. It could be a church bus full of nuns too huh?
