Default running multiple wires, here's a trick

This weekend while hardwiring in my new Valentine V1, I remembereda little trick to running multiplewires (power/Gnd/more) and wanted to share this with you guys out there...

Assuming you are running 2 or more wires, get someone to hold one set of ends (I used the wide for this)

THEN, with wire held tight, put the other (your ends) into a drill and start it running, keep it taught!

The wires are going to twist together for you and make running more than 1 wire much easier especially if you're running a good length of wire

Done this with small power stuff before and never had a problem, my XM, Sirius and iPod"Power" areboth wired this way, keeps the install nice and clean (also makes threading wires easier cause you've only got to thread the equivalent of 1 wire, not 2. Also powered the wife's auto-dimmng mirror this way without any issues

NO, I wouldn't even think about putting audio cables this way

my whole system is done with this, and there is alot of it. We call it airline wrapping in the industry. It is the 1rst part in prepping an alarm.

So with this being said you do not want to do this with the rca cables. IT IS OK TO RUN THE REMOTE TURN ON WITH THE RCA CABLES, but it does not need to be twisted around it this will not cause noise but try to keep the rca's away from factory power wires and motors.
