u can take the panel off and that latch has two bolts holding it in, i have to take that off every time i put the boxes in/ out. i also had to remove the spare tire.. i have no trunk it blows

yes verts suck for subwoofer installation. If your box exceeds a product of i thinksomething around 290(the height times the depth) it won't go in. My enclosure (if i remember correctly) is 27.5 x 18.5 x10 and that needed a little force to get it in there. That is two 12's. I have about 1 cu ft of space to the side of it for storage.

I have a pair of 10's in my trunk with a BS box. Was looking to get a nice ported box for my 10's, good luck!!! I was told that the best thing for me is to have a box custom built for a pair of 8's to be able to get decent sound. The 10 inch box would fit but would sound like **** since there would be no air flow.

not sure who said that about the 10's. I have put 10's and 12's with success. The dual 12 box I built was a 2 piece enclosure that we put in and then put together but it rocked none the less....
