Me too i hate to talk bad about other shops, if someone comes in w/ a problem, say that maybe cc installed incorrectly, i will make it seem like "yeah, they did it right, but just forgot something". Instead of downing the competion, because in my opinin, it makes me look bad, and i wouldnt want them to do it to my shop.

I'm not trying to make a pissing contest about who's the best, but I think you dont need to "profile" another company because you had a bad experience. There are good/bad installers everywhere (bby, cc, etc.). I think we can all learn something from everyone, not just you. So remember that next time i try to give someone on here some decent advice because maybe i do know what im talking about, even though i do work for a company that you hate.

This is not an apology, but i think that we should put all of this behind us and forget about it.
