okay... so I took some pictures of where I thought about grounding it, but I want some opinions about it. Is it a good ground or a bad one haven't tried it yet...

if that ground didn't work here is where I thought of grounding it next...

Here's what I'm running; (2) Cerwin Vega V-Max 12.2 subs and the Cerwin Vega EXL 1200D amp you see in the first pic.

I also have an Alpine MRP-F450 (4-channel amp) that I want to setup that I want to put in but I have no idea where to set it up at? I thought about mounting it upside-down under the rear deck, but I never heard of anybody doing that so I still don't know where to put??? If anyone has any ideas please let me know something

The 2nd place would be better, but you NEED to scrape the paint off of it to get the best connection. If you don't it would be like trying to wrap the copper wire around the unstripped rubber insulation still on the wire....

It is normally not recommended to mount an amp upside down because it can lead to cooling issues. Have you thought about mounting it to the back seat?

I didn't do it I saw some1 else do it yesterday, and thought it was a neat idea and I didn't wanted mounted to the back seat. It'd be too many wires running everywhere... I do want it somewhere easy to reach but not in the open... I already thought about mounting it on top of the sub box but I might end up getting a custom box in the future so I didn't want to put it on there and then take it off again
