Water Temp, Oil Temp, or A/F Ratio?

Water Temp, Oil Temp, or A/F Ratio?
witch would be the best gauge to get? i have nitrous, volts, and oil press. i was planning on A/F but it seems kind of pointless. it will be a phantom II gauge, i doubt that makes a difference, just thought I would throw it out there... Please help me out, i have an empty spot in my gauge pod!!!
