Default back to the basics

http://www.caraudiomag.com/testrepor...ier/index.html

This is the amp I am going to use in my commute car. I would like to power a single 12" Xplod. These were just sitting around my house collecting dust. They're from my first vehical 8 years ago. When I had them hooked up, I had two subs but now I only have one. Can someone give me some advice how to hook these babies up? How do I determine the frequency and db level? In the site above, it shows some different connections and filters. For instance, which to terminals do I hook my RCA cables?
Below are the stats to my ancient boomer. Help is greatly appreciated.

If you only plan on running one sub your best bet would be to bridge the amp. That simply means running the positive from 1 channel of the amp, and the negative of the other channel of the amp, into the terminals on the sub.

Also, your RCAs are the red and white plug ins. They will run from the back of the head unit into the amp itself.

Any more questions feel free to PM me and i'll be glad to help.
