Default Will this Stereo System Setup work?

i am looking to get the Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD for my 2006 Mustang Coupe with the Standard 4 Speaker setup !

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130AVHP....html?tp=20217

this unit only has 2 PreOuts

will this setup work?

4 channel Amp connected to one PreOut, with 2 front door speakers attached and 2 rear speakers attached to the Amp

and

a MonoBlock Amp connected to the 2nd PreOut, with a Sub Connected to the amp

===============================================

or should i go with the 4100DVD which has 3 PreOuts

one 2 Channel amp for the 2 front door speakers

one 2 Channel amp for the 2 rear speakers

one MonoBlock amp for the sub

===============================================

are both setups possible and will both work relatively equal?

i am leaning towards the 3100DVD because one its cheaper, and 2 i like the USB ipod hook up in the front of it.

the only this i like about the 4100DVD(USB ipod hookup in the rear of the head unit) is the 3 preouts really, but im not sure if they are completely necessary for what i want to add in the future.

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130AVHP....html?tp=20217

i know i want 2 door speakers and 2 rear speakers, but not completey sure about the sub so i kinda want my options open.

thank you for you feedback, help, and support

yeah i sort of agree, but i think im going to get the 3100 from crutchfield and if i dont like it ill return it and upgrade to the 4100

the wire in the front isnt a huge concer, but that could change for me

can the cable just run from behind and into the glove box fine?

Decided to go with the 4100, it has more PreOuts for options, and the only other major difference is the USB is in the rear of the unit so i wont be able to attach a USB drive, but i can make do fine with a Ipod.

if it is a problem ill just return it to crutchfield and get the 3100dvd
