Default Amp Problems

Ok, I have my amp wired up and everything worked perfect except for I had a rather crappy ground wire so I replaced it yesterday and it worked fine for a while...but then it randomly cut out last night and I can't get the amp to come back on at all. I've undid the ground wire and plugged it back in, moved it around and tried other spots but it still doesn't work. Anyone know what the problem is or how I might could fix it?

Check all your fuses. Should be one on the power wire and 1 or 2 on the amp itself. Also check your remote wire, make sure that is connected to the HU and amp.
