Gutted mach sound system, tips
Yeah those are the right specs. I figured it out, I ran to my local salvage yard and they had 4 brand new pioneers they pulled and 2 4" vr3 speakers (might not be the name just what I remember seeing) so I picked them up for 15 bucks for all of them.
So I ran the two pioneers in the back slots and put the 4" in the whole where the tweeters went in the back (had to cut some of the metal out of the 4"). Ran the 4"s off the head unit and just ran the pioneers to the 2 open channels on the kenwood.
Now I have 2 extra pioneers that I could either run off the head unit aswell but will probably put them in my closet as spares. Day is now satisfied with vocals in my car that put the bass to shame. Thanks guys for the help
