Mach 460 in a 2000 v6 mustang

Mach 460 in a 2000 v6 mustang
Car was fine until one day just all the base stopped working. Tweeters and mach rear speakers work but bass, even my stock subwoofers do not produce bass and help. I have already checked the fuses under the hood and under the drivers side fuse boxes. The junction connection has been checked too.
