it wasnt a ground wire as i expected it was my line level converter (rca jacks) that needed to be hooked up before the amps not behind the stereo but thanks for the help

My speakers make noise in my beater metro when i hit the window wipers or fluid...what about that?
If you have to be seen driving a metro, thats noise is the least of youre concerns.

if its just your door speakersor sub and the amp is grounded properly, ground the deck to metel.... dont have it hooked up to the factory harness.. i have ran into many problems just like this and all i have done is "re-grounded" the deck and all is good now!
Let me know if that helped!!

TRUST ME THIS WILL WORK IT IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM IN MY SECOND JOB THAT I HAVE AT BEST BUY AND THE SOLUTION IS LIKE A BANDAID AND WITHOUT SEEING THE CAR THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL WORK AND I AM 90% SURE IT WILL AND THAT IS GO TO BEST BUY AND GET A GROUND LOOP ISOLATER AND PLUG THAT IN YOUR AMP BEFORE YOUR RCA'S... LET ME KNOW IF THAT HELPED

THE GROUND LOOP ISOLATER WILL FIX YOUR ENGINE NOISE COMING THROUGH YOUR SPEAKERS AT LEAST.

OK FINALLLLLLLLLLY PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
PLEASE READDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD I KNOW ITS LONG BUT PLEASE -- POSSIABLE REWARDS

First Off My Current Setup

2006 Acura RSX Type-S 6MT - Pearl Blue

(Comes stock with the BOSE System which has a little suitcase sub in the spare tire)

I added:
(Subwoofer)One 12" MTX Subwoofer in a sealed wooden box
(Amp)800 Watt Pioneer Amplifier
(Deck) Pioneer AVIC-N2 DVD/TouchScreen

The STORY

Ok my car was stock with the BOSE System for the Type-S from Acura, and it just didnt have enough base and the 6-DISC changer just wasnt doing it for me... I wanted more (first mistake lol) Sooooooo i started off buy buying the AVIC-N2 from FutureShop and I had it installed by the Car Audio Department at FutureShop ( I also got the 3 year warranty on the deck ) .. They tell me that the bose system has a bypass or some ****...so anyways they finally find the Proper bracket for a type-s after 30 minutes of waiting...they say come back in two hours blah blah blah... so I come back and i go for a drive with the guy after he shows me how to work it etc etc. and the music is going so I dont notice any noises .. so I drop him off and then leave, and the next day I notice this high pitched humming noise but it was fairly faint... then I kinda got used to it , so then my buddy says "yo man u should get this sub and amp" so we go to see his buddy who basiaclly has a futureshop in his basement (all refurbished subs and stuff that he tests to make sure work before selling) so i see this 800 Watt Pioneer Amp... he says ill give it to you for 80 Bucks... so I grab that...and we call up a buddy who used to work for Gregs Car Audio.. and we go outside Gregs shop and the owner lets us use his tools and stuff.. so he buys the Wiring kit from there , a blue one not sure what company or what guage (im almost sure it was 6 or 8) ...and my friend gave me a 12" MTX Thunder Subwoofer... so we used that.. and he hooked everything up and I watched him, he put a fuse attatched to the positive(red) thing under my hood and then fed a wire through the front to under my steering wheel (dunno what he was doing etc etc) then he mounted the amp to the back of my seat .. and used the metal thing that mounts my seat to the chasis and unscrewed a bolt then put it on there and rescrewed it on.. so when it was all said and done the bass was frigin rediculous and it sounded amazing but then we turn the car on that humming noise got louder ..i know its Engine Noise feedback in my speakers (cuz it goes up with my rpms etc etc) and when i hit the brake pedal the speakers flicker/spark ..(same noise like if u rub the ground on metal while car is on) ... so im ****in pissed a week later that i got this anoyying ****in noise (but it still wasnt that bad) then a week later some packi SMASHES INTO MY CAR and totals the left rear side... so my car is in the body shop gettin fixed for a month while i get a Infinite G35 as a rental I go to take pictures of my car for insurance and some black piece of crap is in my trunk unscrewing my sub trying to steal it... long story short I snapped his arm and smashed him over the head with the screwdriver and he lost his job (owner of the dealership=my dads buddy) ... so I grab my sub and amp and I put it in the trunk of the infiniti... so while i was driving in the infiniti i could hear the amp sliding back and forth in the trunk... and I think i bent the RCA Connections (the red/white) they stick outta the left side of the amp and they are angled now like // // so anyways I got my rsx back finally after 4 weeks and I hook everything up again, and now the noise is REDICULOUSLY LOUD like if i accelerate u can hear it clearly...and when im idling its like a flickering anoyying constant noise... So i call up future shop and say listen the stuff is not grounded properly etc etc... and they tell me oh ok blah blah no openings for a month...after 1 hour of pure yelling they agree to see me the following tuesday.. so I go in and the damn spanish bastard tells me that the deck is defaulty and they have to send it back to Pioneer for confirmation that its defective (6-8 weeks) I say thats bull**** i have the warranty give me a new one..they say it cant be done etc etc.. so they said bring your stock stereo in and will put that back in, in the mean time...im so pissed but what can i do... so i come home and i start going to work..i disconnect this and that etc etc... i know like 99% its not the deck..and has to do with that bypass crap or the stuff isnt grounded properly..and just tonight i messed around with the amp ground and for about 1 minute i had the Engine Noise in the speaker down very low.. but it came back...I thought it was the amp so i disconnect the rca cables and the ground and I could still hear it in the speakers... I am so frustrated now I am about to pull a columbine on futureshop...

And if thats not enough , every time the bass hits in songs my outside lights and inside DIM and then go back up ... and when i turn the AC Fan from off to on the lights dim....what do i do ? [&:]

So i am at a lose as to where I go from here... I want to just go to my buddies place Phantom Car Audio (importfest professionals) ... .and say do what u have to do to fix it period. but then can i bring futureshop the bill and make them pay for it? Like i dont wanna go back to future shop and have that moron work on it again cuz he will just mess it up ever worse...

Please help me , my msn is maidasteve@Hotmail.com feel free to add me and help, i can get pictures and everything , whatever rewards i can give i will for real... plz
